First Time Visit Location We are located at 144 S. Division Ave on the NE corner of Division Ave. and Cherry St. We have a 4-story building with green awnings. Parking Parking passes are available to place on the dash of your car if you wish to park at LaGrave Avenue Christian Reformed Church on the corner of Sheldon & Cherry Street. Please park on the south and west side of lot. Contact Bonnie@DegageMinistries.org or (616) 454-1661 for a parking pass. To get to Dégagé from LaGrave's lot, follow Cherry Street (heading west) down the hill to our main door on Division Ave. On street parking is also available on Cherry Street. Be careful to only park in designated areas, as tickets may be given for illegal parking. Parking meters are available on Division Ave. Please lock your car and do not leave any valuables visible. Entering the Building If you are volunteering or meeting a staff member, please ring the bell at our Division Ave. door (bell is to the left of the door). Someone will talk to you through a speaker to welcome you and unlocked the door. When you hear a click, pull on the door to enter. Once inside, you may find a staff member or in the front office (to your left). This person can direct you to the appropriate place and/or contact the staff member you are meeting. If nobody is in the office, look for a staff member in the kitchen. If you wish to utilize one of the programs at Dégagé , please enter through our Cherry St. door and proceed to the 2nd floor. When open for service, the door will be unlocked. If the door is locked, please check the posted hours on the door to see when we will open next. If you are coming for the Open Door Women's Drop-In Center, ring the bell to the left of the door and a staff member will talk to you through the speaker and unlock the door. You may proceed to the 3rd floor. Donations and Deliveries Donations and deliveries may be received during the following times: Monday-Friday: 7:00 am- 9:00 pm You may wish to call ahead and let a staff member know you are coming so they can greet you at the door and assist with unloading your donations. You should park in the nearest loading zone, which is several doors north of our facility.
