Press Release: Event to Raise Support For Degage

Every day 400-500 homeless and low-income individuals pass through the doors of Dégagé Ministries. Demand for services has increased and like most nonprofits, Dégagé is doing all it can to manage the difficult economy. The organization is excited to bring together 440 people at Frederik Meijer Gardens tonight to raise awareness and support for the ministry.

Local band, Hark Up Music, will be performing a concert. Meijer, along with numerous other organizations, is sponsoring the event. Dinner will be provided and Dégagé Ministries will present a ministry update and video presentation. Guest may also enjoy Frederik Meijer Gardens’ Christmas and Holiday Traditions Around the World exhibit.

Tickets were sold in advance. Doors open at 6:30 pm.
